Remember this guy? Forgetful Jones? We spent hours laughing at his silly forgetfulness on Sesame Street. Instead of an adorable cowboy, Forgetful Jones should have been a nearing-30 PR professional/English teacher who just can't seem to keep her head on straight. Within the last month, I have:1. Left my camera charger in Pittsburgh (hence the lack of Thanksgiving pictures here. I had enough camera battery to take the pictures, but not enough to turn the camera on long enough to upload them).
2. Driven away from the gas pump with the door open and my cap off (the gas cap, that is).
3. Forgotten my husband's name (though only briefly, I swear).
The list goes on...and on. Maybe it's the stress of switching careers. Maybe it's the added stress of the holidays and an upcoming vacation. Maybe I just need to accept that my brain isn't as spot-on as it used to be (no comments from the peanut gallery, thank you very much).
